2. Reservations and Cancellations

2.1 Reservations

To make a reservation at Venvorah Casino Hotel, you must be at least 21 years of age. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.

2.2 Guaranteed Reservations

Your reservation is considered "guaranteed" once you receive a confirmation number from us. Guaranteed reservations are held for the entire night regardless of arrival time.

2.3 Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

2.4 Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan and dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for specific cancellation terms. In general:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date may be subject to a charge equal to one night's stay.
• No-shows will be charged for the first night's room rate plus applicable taxes.

2.5 Changes to Reservations

Changes to your reservation are subject to availability and may result in rate changes. Please contact our reservations department as soon as possible if you need to modify your reservation.

3. Resort Fees and Charges

3.1 Resort Fee

A daily resort fee of $39.99 plus tax will be charged to your room. This fee includes:

• High-speed wireless internet access
• Fitness center access
• Pool access
• In-room coffee and bottled water
• Local and toll-free calls

3.2 Incidental Charges

Upon check-in, a hold will be placed on your credit card for anticipated incidental charges. This hold is in addition to the room rate and resort fee.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted.

4. Casino Rules and Regulations

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to enter the casino floor or participate in any gaming activities. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry and may be checked at any time.

4.2 Gaming Regulations

All gaming activities at Venvorah Casino Hotel are regulated by the state gaming commission and subject to their rules and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these regulations or engages in suspicious activity.

Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a reasonable level, especially during designated quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

5.3 Smoking Policy

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in non-smoking rooms.

5.4 Damage to Property

You are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by you or your guests. Charges for damages will be applied to your account.

5.5 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or accommodations to any person who, in our judgment, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who poses a risk to the safety or comfort of other guests or staff.

6. Privacy and Security

6.2 Security Measures

For your safety and security, public areas of the property are under video surveillance. We employ security personnel who patrol the property 24 hours a day.
